[SPOILERS] Team Unpronounceable Unicode Symbol: True Grit

(August 29th, 2013, 19:33)Lewwyn Wrote: You should keep playing and learning. There's nothing to be gained from you quitting the game. Just make sure to work a bit more with Ceil.

Also want to mention that you are not playing single player against AIs. Everyone is trying to win and will act accordingly. Also they are people with different personalities, play-styles and tactics. By labeling your opponents by color you are depersonalizing them. You aren't viewing them as human players but as AIs. This puts you at a disadvantage. Understanding your opponent is critical.

Are you sure the worker was captured and the chariot deleted? Suttree said something about your workers might be automated. Do you automate your workers?

I will definitely work more with Ceil, provided he still wishes to be of assistance.

I have reversed that color scheme already, going by the login name now.

I have not automated my workers, but I have queued their actions. It could be that the way I set my workers to moving at the time was not the best action that they could do, building too many roads for instance. Unfortunately, I have no screencap to back up my claim, but worker vanished and chariot vanished. It may have been moved into the fog of war, but that does not explain the worker vanishing. I am certain I did not delete it myself.

Viewed in the hammer perspective I would likely do the same myself, it being an accepted tactic.
