I've been putting all my EP into WilliamLP for a while now to see if I could get City Visibility, as he never put EPs into us. Surprisingly, this worked!

There's pretty much no military units in range here. I am going to see if I can build some Scouts to scout out his other cities to get visibly with any speed.

How are we not last in any demographic? What has Sisub been having done to him?
