Actually the trade-off concerning avoid growth is +5 food vs. 2 commerce + cottage turn, because we would get the other 5 food in any case. But that's still a good trade anyways! 
I think EOT55 Stonehenge is pretty normal. If Serdoa does not have stone he probably has sacrificed some expansion speed, but nothing too dramatic, I guess.
Next turn E-E with the scout, or only E? Or do you want to try and sit on the pigs?

Especially because we have now also two granaries in place to speed up our future growth. However, it also looks only promising in the sense that we are not falling too far behind, not like we are going to lead this game during the next 100 turns.. 
Btw, I haven't paid enough attention on civstats, who are the fastest 3? Lewwyn and Azza and somebody?
