Not much of interest this turn, apart from a few more score changes. I've long lost track of what each meant, but I'm pretty sure no other team has founded a second city yet. (Team CareBears, with their plains hill, imperialistic trait, and fast worker chopping should get their first city up the first; my guess is that it will happen on turn 27-28.

In game, I noticed that our espionage ratio with Team Care Bears is 16 to 12, so we've put in 16 points, and they've put in 12 on us. But I thought we were their only contact?
