It won't be possible to trad techs with the setting configured to [o]ff, so we should be good here.

Actually, I meant in my post 119 that tech trading setting was ON, typo on my part.

So, the setting is, as I feared, ON. Tech trading, that is.

I could at least offer up techs in trade screen, and that is not something I can do with setting off. So no subs or alts go trade techs, now ya hear.

Unless I'm being stupid as usual, in which case forget about this.
