Just been through the score increases for the last few turns, it looks like Ichabandit (t64) and Lewger (t66) are the first to 5 cities, however the screw up with civstats on t63 means that I don't know exactly who settled a city that turn. Nakor/Jester and williamLP might have but it might just have been a pop growth. Edit: not sure where YuriMack got their 4th city, but checking the diplo screen says they did.

We want to get our EPs onto Suttree ASAP as I suspect he's top power. Nice that we've got graphs on m_h now. I'm tempted to put another turn of EPs into dtay until we get contact with Suttree, what do you think?
