It seems that suttree has his 3rd city north of the capital, which means that he is not that far away from our "river valley". I don't think we should expand towards east too aggressively as we will really need military to support our plants. But yeah, it seems that he is closer than us regarding that area and there will be some kind of a race between us (and maybe some others as well). I expect his next city to go somewhere in the area, where we met his axe, but who knows when he stretches further north.. With some luck he does not have scouted that area..
I'm starting to consider that we should plant our 7th city (G) there instead of the closer plant, but the more I think about it I'm leaning against it. However, our 8th city could be that "jungle hill X" over there supported by ~2-4 bowmen and several workers.. Of course if it's still available.. I don't want an unnecessary early war if we still have room for peaceful expansion..
Ok, I keep changing my mind..
At home:

Our demos (and score) suffered a bit due to the double-whip. But hey, we'll grow 2 pop at the end of the turn and that library will produce us quite a few beakers and probably later a GS as well:
Btw, our demos are fairly close with dtay and yurismack, which means that it must be some other civs that are really falling behind. Maybe m_h and suttree belong to those though..

At home:
- Library is whipped
- Capital switches back to settler, bowman still unmoved (I think we will need it for city F!)
- 1 chop went into granary (we could actually let it finish barracks as well, the trade-off is 3 food vs 4 culture, I'm suggesting 3 food)
- We get a new bowman in BoP (dedicated for our "island" city)
- We have a 4 worker chopping party south of endor
