First off, an announcement I should have made before, but looks better when I post it at the same time:
Trouble coming for Oxy. Suttree has a Golden Age as of 2 turns ago. Bureaucracy+Caste System change for Suttree.

It looks bleak for that wartime theory of mine.
On my own homefront I got growth in 3/1/3/6 turns. Workers building mine for Thesis. Lesson has 2t longbow incoming.
I thought getting the graphics on Kuro would get me some uptime, not so. Unless he gets involved in wartime there is low chance that I get to pass that score, yet I will keep the tally, keep the building, keep the hope rocking strong. Here's a funny thing. Thesis got religion all of it's own. I now have a missionary that I do not need, as such. Damn, that's 3 turns of defender build I lost. Goes to show you can plan for the best and get good stuff that kinda cramps thy style as well. Heh.
