At least the city will get a bunch of river tiles that we can cottage

I haven't analyzed yet whether we want barracks or granary first, but I think we will found the city S of pigs anyways? First ring food is just bigger than those 30 lost hammers and I don't think it's a bad thing to found a 2nd city, which captures those dyes and the rest of those river tiles.
