Yeah, you're right about that. Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting time to do either this weekend.
Turn 53:
We won't be able to get past BowAivo from the south. Unless we DOW them just to get through, but that doesn't seem worth the diplomatic hit. So I guess I'll move west next turn to finish unfogging the coast, then head back around to see if we can get by through the north.
We'll finish Worker #4 next turn with a chop for Server Problems. Then we'll whip Worker #5 out of Silent Neighbor next turn. Right now I'm thinking to let SP grow to size 6 (T58), then 3-pop whip our next settler to complete T60. We'll also try to get the settler for city 5 out of Silent Neighbor after it grows back up to size 4 or so. I have some ideas about the dotmap, but things will change next turn once we can see where our horses are.
Demos:
I'm not posting the culture graph, but GG just built a monument in their second city. Care Bears have reached 10 pop with 5 cities. By contrast, Ponies just hit 5 pop with 2 cities. Asterix and Eagles and Condors each finished techs this turn.
