Let's get C1!

Quote:Our strike force is in position. Your suggestion "or here?" looks like the better tile to attack from - it means we can put the settler on the x? next turn if we're confident.
Yeah, that tile gives us a better vision of suttree's reinforcements, but on the other hand it gives him a better chance to counter us if we end up with wounded bowmen/axeman.. Hmm..
Quote:What do you think of offering Suttree peace for that city after we move in next turn? It doesn't get the rice, but 100 hammers for free isn't bad.
Yeah, that city fits really awkwardly into our dotmap and will be harder to defend than our original location, but you are correct, 100 free hammers justifies quite a lot. Let's make this decision next turn!
Quote:We could whip France for 30 hammer overflow (it hasn't really got any tiles to grow onto yet) into a worker, an axe or spear?
Let's not whip it just yet. Working forest for 1 turn is not that bad. Let's put next turn some hammers into axe or bowman? Then we whip it when the city is about to grow to size 4 and after that we might want to build a worker at size 3?
Quote:Up north we have a chop coming into Endor next turn - we could put it into a worker or finish the spear and overflow to another worker or finish the spear and overflow to finish another spear or axe?
I think we want those hammers to go into a worker. Whether through overflow from spear or directly I'm not yet sure. I'll check the situation and give my comments.
Quote:Exploring doesn't reveal much, but the axe is bothering dtay, which is nice.

Exciting times! How are your weekend plans? I will travel to Sweden and be away from computer from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. This trip comes to a really unpleasent time considering this game, but luckily I should still be around during the most critical turn (T93).
