Boldy has four triremes close to my bordes, there are split and I think is like a sentry network. He has three galleys, four next turn, all this units are in the cultural sphere of his capital. I have twenty four more boats than him but there are split in two groups since I' had to be careful from an attack by suttree. HE would be able to draft mustekman next turn. I have a caravel just lurking inside his borders to check but I don't think that will last for long.
