If we do what I suggested, I feel comfortable to move warrior + settler onto "x?" If suttree wants to attack out against our axe with 50 % odds and give up his fortify bonus, that's just fine for us. And I guess we can offer peace for that city. It's placement is far from optimal, but free city is a free city and apparently we would have horses there I'm kind of hoping that he does not accept because with that kind of a flatland plant I'm lot more worried about a counterstrike.

EDIT: But again, it would be dum to say no if we would get a free city + 10 turns of peace..

EDIT2: Only 1 axe and no road in place to bring reinforcements!
