Say, if we do head for Mathematics, do you think it'd be worth building The Hanging Gardens in a forested location? It would be a fairly late (i.e. wouldn't beat Turn 84 from PB4) but this game doesn't have high-quality land as compared to that one.

Edit2: One thing we might consider is switching MIT from pigs to another tile if possible to allow it to grow to size 4 next turn while letting the capital get the food benefits. MIT will be making a worker anyway so not much need to have high food surplus.
