Oh but I don't keep changing my plan I just tweak it as the game goes.
My plan has been the same for the last to months, get rifling, build/whip/draft rifles take all coastal cities of Boldy. This is what I have been thinking long before I scout the islands to my east.
As I said what keep changing is how to do this. When to start my golden age, what cities should build what in what turn, when to start putting my EP in Boldy to deny graphs, for what Great Person push, how many units do I need. Then there are other questions to answer such as when to start settle on the islands without mess with my tech rate, when to switch civics, should I 2 turns RP and then 1 turn riffling to gave less time to react to Boldy, should I save money to upgrades, how much in what turns before or after Rifling?
These things change as I have to react at what Boldy is doing in game. Since I can pretty much see everything he does every turn I use this information to try to minimize mistakes on my part.
Now as the actual plan sadly is all hand made and writing everything on here is to much time consuming for me. I can give you a rough idea of what I'm thinking though.

Boldy can't see the red dot.
First turn I destroy his triremes with my own. Then I move 1 galleon to yellow dot and 4 galleons to green dot.
Second turn Take moai city with 2 or 3 galleons and move 1 galleon to the north city.
And is freaking late now, but the general idea is that this would be happing al aaround his coastal cites with 14 galleons and 42 rifles around turn 183, taking his capital and razing Happy face and more and more stuff but I have no more time now I literally have to run
