CM - Yes, that was the plan: grow to size6 on something and put CM on settler for 1 turn. On T75 angry citizen no more and we can regrow CM again, prepaire to silver connected. But I'm afraid we had to finish chariot soon, to put it in MIT for garrison duty. After CM at size7 we could whip the settler 3pop and keep 2sci to GS on T84.
MIT - ok
Stanford - ok. Just like MIT we could delay Axe/Spear later if situation not so urgent. Tho, I'm afraid we had to hurry with units in silver city. Spear could be inside that city on T79-80, I suppose. Could be too late if Rome decide to visit us with 2-3 chariots before.
UC - I was gonna grow size6 and slave settler. Settler done on T78. I was gonna put 1 chop into it also, but its not critical. We could save forests till after Math.
Cornell - Yes, pretty straight forward. I was gonna farm flood plains after cow pastured, but maybe it make sense to connect Stone instead.

Warrior: I don't agree with northern warrior moved so far. He is spawnbusting the area. If we move him now, there is 2 tiles barb archer could appear every turn. We have no military in that area to deal with it now. Once we planted city there or have some unit near, we could move him.

Workers:
A and F: A moved on top of E and finish the road. That'll allow E move to chop into Library in Cornell in 1turn.
I was gonna put F on choping into UC settler, but he could do something else instead.
C and D: I was gonna move them back to flood plains and farm it, but Stone is another possibility.
E: E put 1 turn into road, see above about 'A and F'
B and G: Yes, I was gonna move them on silver and start mine it on T75(if city#6 7 of silver) or on T76(if city#6 9 of silver)
H: I have no idea. Probably cottage between CM and MIT or mine between MIT and Stanford.

(1) I'm undecided too. Yes, I'm sure we'll get TR with empire, just need road silver tile. I was wrong before -- if we plant 7 of silver, we'll connect silver faster (T77), cause we don't need to road silver. If we planted with Crab in BFC, we need a road to connect city, but don't need a road to connect silver itself, so it would be T78 for silver connected and T79 for city#6 connected to the empire.
(2) Workboat to explore is nice, but there could be ocean north. And we don't need explore coast for TR now. I'm not sure about city#7 location, but corn/fish/horses/dye is a nice spot and potentially Moai site (we need granary and LH before Moai). I want to explore coast a bit with wb or war, but we can't do it now, imo.
Ok but just in case HG is still around when we finish maths maybe worker A should avoid chopping Berkeley? Worker A could consider mining one of the free hills left between MIT and/or capital, or build a farm for MIT. (Farm would take a while, though.)
Workers near Cornell --- even though ti will be a while before we have stone, we might consider connecting it so that the capital can put hammers into Moai statues to earn fail gold eventually. BUT ... would it make more sense to farm the floodplain? If we are sure that we will have the stone connected 1 (or 2?) turns after we finish Mathematics, then it's fine to go to the floodplains. I think we'll be okay with 2 workers, posisbly a third to help out at Cornell in terms of roading, etc.
Worker H -- I agree, cottage near Stanford. i woudl suggest the riverside grassland. We badly need more of those cottages.
Still thinking about city 6 location ...we have to decide soon, after all...right now I am inclined to settle it 9 of silver, so that we get the crabs as well. The danger is that this places our city farther away from the rest of our core, but I think either way we're going to want defenders on the silver tile, rather than (having most) in the city center.
Will we switch research to masonry now?
