I don't think we need to be too strict about this unless we really start seeing some units somewhere. Maybe we can end our turns after him for the sake of formality.
Even if we would like to let m_h know that this is a phony war I think we have to do everything we can not to give it away. I don't think there is an issue with logging in at the turn roll to get a preamble post up, but let's not move any units until YM end turn.
