I think settling the silver is important enough to risk it … and who knows, team GG might play weird and try to get both silver tiles with their next city. Might need to claim it now.
One thing to keep in mind is that we might want to put both our chariots on the workers next turn. I'm not sure how GG are thinking of us but if we pull our units back it might give off a 'friendlier' impression. Still, with them we really can't tell… right now they can attack 1 of our chariots but we do get the river bonus… if that chariot is promotable we may not want to risk it and might put both chariots together on the same tile.
Let's go with 9 of silver. The water tile does help us, so it might make up for being farther away from our cites from a tile perspective.
I assume we're wondering about espionage because we've already hit the limit based on previous deals with all other teams we've met except Yos/Cal and GG? (I.e. Care Bears, SutOxy, Orgy, and MM/Ast)? If so then GG is fine over Yos, wouldd rather not spend any on YosCal.
