I like it, although the land up there is crap, so maybe so many cities isn't all that great an idea... I'm really torn about the sites over the water from server problems. Maybe don't settle those until you have something that counters Praets?

Here's an overview with pretty much all our possible cities, and the rough order I'm thinking we can settle them.

1-5 are already settled, with the borders drawn in. We'll settle #6 on T77, #7 on T83, and #8 on T85. We can probably get city #9 on T89. What do you guys think?
