In Jamestown, where the culture is actually very useful.. For culture it doesn't matter if we whip the barracks now or next turn - either way borders should pop around t117 - but if we whip now I think we regrow this turn.

I think whipping next turn is better!

Other stuff: When Cannae grows we can cancel the whale trade with dtay.

Are you sure about this? I'm not saying no, but there Brick might be out of position regardless of suttree's attacking direction.
