Construction could be interesting not only for military, but for cheap Colleseum as well.
Worker from farm will go chop into city#7, 2nd one will finish the farm this turn.
I dont think its a good idea to delay that chop till T86, but maybe you think different.
As I understand we both agree on city#7 (potentially Moai city) location: with corn, horses, fish and dye in BFC?
Plan for that city is work horses for 2t, corn for 2t and complete chop at the time, so on T83 Granary done with 14/22 food stored.
Build queue for city#7 could be granary>lighthouse>Moai with some overflow whip into moai maybe.

MIT: It could grow slow to size6 but worker at size5 is fine by me
Stanford: Yup, we need riverside cottages. I think we could use worker from MIT GH and one worker from UIllinois to road toward each other and cottage that tile in the process maybe.
UC: Moai now no point - no stone yet. Worker will slow grow if we wanna build HG there. How about library? I still think we should complete Axe, tho. Its a long road to Rome's border and one Axe could be not enough there if they suddenly connect Iron. Damn, I wish we could simply talk with GG. Units costs at 6-7gpt now. Ugly.
Cornell: Maybe put some turns into unit (Spear) and start Mids after stone connected. Sadly, for failed gold.
