MIT start 4t worker, I did shuffle tiles a bit and we are working lake for this turn.
Cornell start Spear just in case, next turn it'll grow size3 and could work copper or flood plains.

Workers near UIllinois split. One go for chop into workboat, 2nd go roading back to the core.
Worker that finished farm put 1t into mine between MIT and UC. Next turn he has options, I was thinking to finish cottage near UC with him, but he could do something else.
