We have a no-scouting clause agreement until turn 90 as part of our open borders deal. We saw one of your warriors in our territory (without our consent, I believe). While we won't make a huge fuss out of this, we kindly ask that you move your warrior back up north to explore the coast. You were kind enough to let us move a scout through your lands solely for the purpose of unfogging the coast, so we are happy to return the favor as long as your warrior can stay to the north.

By the way, since it's approaching turn 90, we'll be in touch with you shortly about a revised set of agreements.
