Very busy right now, I'll make some comments tonight. Two immediate thoughts:
1. Want to make a public defensive pact with Blame Caledorn against rome, i.e. if they declare on one of us, we both are at war? Just get an ally on our side.
2. And it looks like other teams get riverside gold.
I wonder what our advantage is in this map. 
Edit: Worker near Washington, want to road a forested tile in Berkeley in preparation for mathematics? Otherwise, could find another tile to cottage (if in berkeley) or mine (if in washington). We do want to have chain irrigation for the corn somehow, which IIRC can come from the south.
