I thought the border agreement was pretty fair, is it not? In any case how long is your NAP with BowAvio? You can always renegotiate when it expires...
The praets doesn't seem so much of a threat when GG hasn't been in touch with any of their neighbours. Everyone neighbouring them seems intent on neutralising them ASAP.
The border agreement definitely is in favour of BowAivo, but that's a good thing. Since GG will be annihilated, there's plenty land in that direction when we want to expand, and letting our neighbour in the other direction expand a bit closer to us meanwhile is nice as it keeps them happy and hopefully gives them an incentive to look another way for expansion. Eventually we may have to conquer them of course, but until then it doesn't hurt to let them feel we are giving them concessions while we can. Especially since they are playing Zulu.
As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master. - Commissioner Pravin Lal, "U.N. Declaration of Rights"
