When it comes to sharing of land, I do understand your concern of securing your gold. My suggestion is that one part is take the nothern area of the contested area and the other part the southern. Since you are concerned to secure the gold, I suggest you are taking the south area and I settle in north. I am by that promising not to settle a city in the area marked as contested by my previous screenshot

we are talking about settling 6 tile west from our capital in ur direction while allow u to settle 8 tiles from urs

well the thing is that I called it contested because it did say that the teams should settle at least 5 tiles away from the other capitol, but it did not say that everything should be split fairly and mathematically in half.

the reason we didnt settle it, beside our agreement
is Indias fast expansion in all directions
u probably dont wanna us to be weak and easy target for India
India is pretty far ahead already

So it comes to this:

Dear DMOC and co. I propose the current deal

The second NAP between Eggheads and Orgynized

1. NAP until turn 125.
2. The teams has agreed to settle 3 cities in the contested area, two cities by Eggheads 1W of Wheat and 1SW of Gold, one city by Orgynized at the southern desert hill 2E of Rice.

3. No espionage spending unless we agree to both spend to even things out.
4. Open Borders.
5. No-scouting without consent.
6. A continuation of confidentiality of our agreements.

Does this sound fair?

I guess it best we could get for now, still its a better deal for Orgy, but oh well...
