No idea.. If he puts the effort to play after us during 10 turns of enforced peace I think it would meet the defininition of gaming the clock
But yeah, good point. Let's pay attention to what suttree does during the next turns. I'm sure we need to be prepared to whip a bunch of units when our peace is about to expire even if all his actions would look peaceful.
