[Spoilers] Fintourist and Old Harry have nothing to see here

Eventually ideally I'd like us to have four units in each of our coastal cities, one more than galleons can carry, so we can't be boated unexpectedly, and adequate garrisons in each of our landward border cities obviously. Till Astronomy, I think we should have at least two good units in each city that can be threatened out of the fog by galleys, and in each city that could be threatened out of the fog by a three-moving Great General (approaching either by road or out of a galley). Sorry to bring it up again, but in 46 the only cities I ever lost were those I had only one unit in (too slow moving a second up), and those I left only three trash units in in the age of galleons. In all these cases, all I needed was one more - not even good - defender. Let's not make the same mistake!

(What I would advocate doing is, aside from stuffing another unit into a few more vulnerable water-cities now, when we build our knight stack, demobilize most of our current stack and distribute it amongst our cities.)

Sorry to nitpick.
