Right, the settler out of Gov't Shutdown is going south to settle the plains hill sheep. The next settler after that will come from Server Problems. That is the one that I am thinking could go on the ice hill, which can probably get the terrace chopped the same turn we plant it. We could 3-pop whip the settler to get it out as early as T95, but I think we might want to delay a little bit. When I logged in this turn (T92), we were getting 5 gold at 0% research. I adjusted some tiles so we're now getting 12 gold. We're in 9th place for GNP, with only the Romans behind us (they turned on research and will get Maths in 4 turns, btw). So, I really think we need to start focusing more on our economy
