It's important because we're right next to India, so we have a huge influence on what they do. If we don't sign NAP then we risk 2 borders being dangerous (and India attacking us if we have to defend against Rome). But then we'll become the laughingstock of Realms Beyond if we just let our neighbor develop in peace.
