There are dozens of similar discussions handling on possible actions of suttree and our other neighbors. In this case the threat is luckily pretty minimal. The described attack would be pretty crazy from mackoti's perspective, our pile of double-promoted axes can take care of any 1-mover attack and we have enough resources at our island and nearby cities to fend of a HA stack. That does not mean that we won't take it seriously though.. 
Btw, I wonder how our opponents interpret our DOW to suttree..
