I have no idea what Rome is doing, doesn't seem like they're even doing anything this game.

I'm pretty sure he's worried about us getting Guilds/Cataphracts. Question is, do we want to attack him at all? Or would we rather take over someone like Rome, or even India (they seemed to have checked out of this game). And I really don't think we can get a response by next turn but we'll try. Or perhaps we do want this, in case Guilds will take a while. But to be honest, I think we can get Guilds well before turn 150, but how badly do we want to beeline it? I think we're going to need to exploit cataphracts in order to catch up to SutOxy somehow.
