I definitely won't be able to post as detailed and good posts as Yossarian have been doing, and I'm not sure I will be able to find the time to post detailed turn reports every turn. Some turns I may have to settle with just posting screens, but that at least I will be very thorough with doing so you can all keep track of everything I am doing.
Since I have just taken over the game, I will be posting a somewhat decent turn report for this turn. I'll start out with the screens, and give some comments after each section where I have any.
Turn 124
Okay, so a few comments about the cities. I see that we currently have a treasury of 66 gold, and that we will complete Construction in 4 turns at our science slider at 30%. Several of our cities was running on Wealth production, and while that is not a bad idea with our terrible economy, I personally think investing some hammers and gold in infrastructure that better our economy is a better plan right now rather than just producing the gold. So, I took a close look at our cities and I singled out the cities producing wealth that have a maintenance above 7, which happens to be 3 cities. These cities I swapped over to producing courthouses, as that means we will have about 10 more GPT when the courthouses are done (and my intention is to whip these courthouses - but I will wait until we have some hammers invested so we don't waste population on them.
The cities that were producing wealth that are now producing a courthouse instead is Taxes, Bad Economy and Constant Pauses. In addition to that I also swapped the city of Hangovers from producing an axeman into a courthouse, since the maintenance in Hangovers also was pretty steep (-9.02 !). Finally in the department of cities that really need a courthouse we find the city of Dogpiles, but I decided to leave Dogpiles building Wealth for now, so we can complete Construction in the planned 4 turns. Our current deficit is -26 GPT, so we can run two turns without putting cities back on wealth, and I expect that should be enough to get the courthouses whipped, and then get back on producing wealth while the cities grow their lost pop back.
I know whipping out stuff in some cities may not be the best idea at the moment with the possibility of a war with Rome coming up, but I am simply not willing to ruin our economy and game because Rome has destroyed any chances they have to compete in this game.
I happen to love quotes, and I think this one is pretty fitting: "And who, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory or defeat." (Theodore Roosevelt) So let's dare greatly and try to improve our economy and still maintain as decent a defense as we are able to is my thought.

Not much to comment here, but I wanted to include the screens anyways.
Scouts outside the Blamepire
I'm not sure what Yossarian was planning with these scouts. I assume the scout in the west, near BowAivo, was to scout out their lands/cities that we haven't seen over there. However, I definitely don't think we're going to war with BowAivo around T130 with the threat from Rome still looming. We need our troops in the east for now, so I am moving that scout westwards to uncover the fogged lands we haven't seen there yet near the Cannibal Ponies.
The galley had a chariot on board that I am also not sure what Yossarian wanted to do with, but I assume he wanted to land it on the peninsula east of Rome, so that's what I'm planning to do with it. Yossarian should still be following this thread, so he will most likely give comments to both of these units and his plans.
Demographics etc
If you take a look at the last picture in this series, you'll see that I've used ingame notes to keep track of espionage points. This is something I like to keep track of closely in BTS games with esp on. It's a simple and neat way to keep track of the espionage points the other teams have on me, and also how much espionage I have on them. As with the numbers when you hover over the various other players, the first number is their esp on us, and the second is our esp on them.
