A four- or five-move galley could fork a lot of our massively under-defended coastal cities (especially the crappy tundra ones). Mardoc's cap only had a warrior in last time we checked and he may not get the chance to kill Azza's city killer, so there could be a loaded galley about 20 tiles (four turns) from our soft underbelly looking for revenge...
