if you look at iHappyBonus, it's 3 @ Emperor and up, which with +1 from Palace makes 4.
i've quickly found that without the game in front of me, there's a lot of things i take for granted i know (because they're in front of you when you're playing) that i actually need to double-check when i don't have access
