Turn 265 proper
TBS managed to rebuild the Confucian Academy even without the temple... We have enough EPs to sabotage it this turn, but only one spy. (Sabotage was successful
). We'll have another spy next turn, then seven more on t267, eight on t268, 10 on t270 (assuming none get caught).

Anyway, I think he'll be switching all the citizens to be artists next turn. When he does that he'll start starving, but will hit 50000 culture eot274. We can reduce culture by
4 - Confu Monastery
3 - Theatre
3 - Uni
2 - Barracks
2 - four other Monasteries
I think taking out the first four and one Monastery pushes him back to t275. Then taking out the rest of the culture buildings (I presume you can't hit wonders) only gets us 3/4 of the way to pushing him to t276. So I think our best hope is to have a coinflip in ten turns (or does one victory condition override the other or does it count as a draw?)

We didn't have visibility on BC this turn, but Weldyn doesn't look sabotagable. We should be able to see BC next turn, so perhaps concentrating there will let us push him back to t276?

Our spy supply is intact for the next couple of turns - TBS only has 16 places on boats to attack Grenoble, so with 22 defenders and plenty of air defences it should hold out.

On the dtay front I had to leave our fleet on an ocean tile, but I'm wondering about capturing Immaculate Int some time soon...

I wanted to get us a bit more cultural breathing space against dtay and get rid of these two Galleons, so eight bombers made raids. Then our commando tanks get to work.

188 gold, and another razed city... We have a stack of slightly injured tanks here with two movement points left. They wouldn't be exposed exactly, but with a load of Cavalry dtay could probably kill a few of them, so we use a Transport to return them to Jelly.
