i'm much more inclined to prefer hammers to beakers early on so i'm in favour of settling the horse first, but we still have a couple of turns' time.

i think we move hernan back towards india, approaching from the W side. india's last message made it clear they're willing to organise a mini-summit and we need to leverage that scout start into as many early contacts as possible.
i shot DJ a quick message saying Hernan will swing back by their capital, hope that's ok with you guys ideally we go N, NE. and then the following turn NE-NE to end up on the grass hill SW of their capital.
