I think it's his first settler. Not positive.
Deny is the primary objective. I'd rather not throw the game away in a protracted ancient war.
If he runs, I'll follow him a bit to make sure he doesn't settle too close. He can maneuver until he can get an axe to reinforce the warrior, at which point I'll likely abandon the pursuit.
That said, I would not mind having a second capital...
Fimi's power graph says he does not have any axes built yet, but he IS in slavery.
Apenimon has an axe in the field about 7 tiles to my east, so that's a potential concern. For now I'll assume it's just fogbusting. But when he sees the war declaration, he may decide to join in on one side or the other. His scout (3N of my axe) can see Fimi's settler, so he'll know what is going on.
I think my warrior in Fowler is going to go look at Fimi's copper.
