What's the easiest way to disable the Apostolic Palace in the XML? I spotted some old CivFanatics posts suggesting that setting the build cost to "-1" was an option but I wasn't certain where to find the Apostolic Palace wonder in the files. I'm open to suggestions about espionage visibility as well although it's a less important concern.

At work atm, so can't test it, but simply removing the whole entry in the buildinginfo file should do the trick. Since it was added in BTS, it should be near the end of the file.
