Spoke to Mackoti this morning. Apparently I ruined his day announcing our Inca pick. He wanted Inca and his team is set on Pacal, which he doesn't favor. We then got lost in a game of cat and mouse as I tried to feel out what his team is thinking for a civ pick, and he tried to mislead me on what is a good leader pick. Forgot how much I love diplo  Though I'll be leaving it to Nakor once the game gets underway.
At any rate, I don't think we should get too hung up on pairing an EXP leader with the Inca. EXP terraces would be great, no doubt. However, I don't think they're good enough to come at the expense of FIN. Now, I don't really buy into the FIN being the end all best trait. And besides, it's boring  That being said, it's the most versatile of the economic traits by a long shot, and I'd rather not put all our eggs in one basket.
So, I think the rough priority of our leader choices should be:
Pacal
Huyana Capac
Mansa Musa
Darius
Elizabeth

Well, scratch Pacal. I personally think that was the right choice for them. I feel the power of the civs drops off a lot after India/Inca.
Did I get into the diplo team?

Yes, that list was based off being Inca. Didnt see the high value of Cre given we have half that on our granarys anyway

Well in that case, definitely LP takes HC. And on the wheel TEAM probably does something like Willem of Maya. Or maybe the Dutch?

LP probably takes Ottomans and Team Gillette Egypt (or vice versa).
We then take one of the three: Darius, Mansa Musa, Elizabeth.
Team Troll will then take Sury - play same combo Novice and Spaceman did in PBEM17.
So yeah, betting:
Sury of India
HC of Ottomans
Pacal of Egypt
Willem of Maya
HC of the Ottomans has been showcased at least twice before (PBEM19 & PBEM38, both by Yuri). Sury by NoSpace in PBEM17. Pacal of Egypt is the RB choice for the DemoGame, and Willem of Maya is what CivFr is playing for the MTDG - though I feel like it's been played once before on RB in something as well.

I still like the idea of an EXP leader, say Bismarck or Isabella. If we decide on FIN I would rank them:

Simply put EXP FWs > Normal FWs.

Sury of India is going to be an ungodly fast start. Now, if was any other set of players, I would say they go with a financial leader - and play it safe. However, both Darrell and Novice are heading up this team, and this combo worked extremely well already in a game they were both in. In PBEM17, NoSpace's Rep Scientist/GLH Economy was competitive with the three financial civs until the end of the game - and that was on a map that had far more water than this. If anything, the combo will be much better here, with more land and less water. With EXP FWs, they can get just about any early wonder they want. While the GLH won't be as powerful here as it was in PBEM17, the Pyramids will be more so. You throw up CRE libraries in all your cities and run Rep Scientists.
In short, the leaders of this team saw this combo work extremely well once, and I expect they'll run it again if they get the chance.
