I'm really embarrassed about that slip because it was completely subconscious.
I didn't play the full turn, so we can still drop the Engineer, buy the second one and send the overflow into a 1t Workboat and then on into the Theatre. It would also let us work Food tiles this turn instead of Hammer tiles.
It would wipe out our cash reserve, so could it make sense to switch up to Representation next turn when we do the Serfdom/Pacifism switch, or do we need the ability to rush the Library to completion in time to start hiring the Scientists on t13?
This was the last civics timing I saw:
OK, I'll take a look at which of Goats or Llamas would get the biggest boost from our 1turn of OrgRel and direct the first Missionary accordingly. Since we need the Library first I'll head that way if it's close.
OK, I refined this this morning; I leave one Worker on the Forest to Road over 2t, the other puts one turn into the Sheep Pasture, then 2t into the Wheat Farm. The two Workers S of the Sheep finish the Pasture next turn, then finish the Farm the turn after. At that point the Worker on the Forest has finished the Road and can head off to do something else, leaving 3 on the Wheat.
The stupid Mine Worker can head to the Jungle 1NE of Llamas and either Road and bring in a couple of other Workers to Pasture the Sheep, or just straight Pasture. Or actually, maybe he should head down to finish the Pig Pasture and let that pair of Workers start Farming for Goats. I have a feeling the Deer is lower priority at this point since Goats will be growing faster.
Also, I think that we should re-offer the map trade to Scooter; then we could turn the Northern Explorer back and scout out the West.

There was a backup plan to buy missionary on the 2nd turn from scratch, it costs 144 only, but I guess we shall not over dramatize that we so not get 100% GP this time.
