[Spoilers] Dreylin's short visit to a late Era

I'm really embarrassed about that slip because it was completely subconscious. alright

There was a backup plan to buy missionary on the 2nd turn from scratch, it costs 144 only, but I guess we shall not over dramatize that we so not get 100% GP this time.

I didn't play the full turn, so we can still drop the Engineer, buy the second one and send the overflow into a 1t Workboat and then on into the Theatre. It would also let us work Food tiles this turn instead of Hammer tiles.

It would wipe out our cash reserve, so could it make sense to switch up to Representation next turn when we do the Serfdom/Pacifism switch, or do we need the ability to rush the Library to completion in time to start hiring the Scientists on t13?

This was the last civics timing I saw:

OK, I'll take a look at which of Goats or Llamas would get the biggest boost from our 1turn of OrgRel and direct the first Missionary accordingly. Since we need the Library first I'll head that way if it's close.

OK, I refined this this morning; I leave one Worker on the Forest to Road over 2t, the other puts one turn into the Sheep Pasture, then 2t into the Wheat Farm. The two Workers S of the Sheep finish the Pasture next turn, then finish the Farm the turn after. At that point the Worker on the Forest has finished the Road and can head off to do something else, leaving 3 on the Wheat.

The stupid Mine Worker can head to the Jungle 1NE of Llamas and either Road and bring in a couple of other Workers to Pasture the Sheep, or just straight Pasture. Or actually, maybe he should head down to finish the Pig Pasture and let that pair of Workers start Farming for Goats. I have a feeling the Deer is lower priority at this point since Goats will be growing faster.

Also, I think that we should re-offer the map trade to Scooter; then we could turn the Northern Explorer back and scout out the West.

We need ability to buy library, as far as I remember it comes late for one turn and we cannot delay it. Another problem is that we might not have enough time to switch back on US to buy settler and then switch on slavery and back on representation.

These small things we need to test out before deciding. I'll post the details of my micromanagement for this and few next turns later today.

Ok, here is new plan:

No, it's not about building explorer. We can spread religion into Lhamas this turn and build missionary in 1 there. Cap loses org religion but I guess buying missionarry from scratch is worse and having 2more % for GE instead of GA is not good either.

We convert serfdorm next turn, so all the improvements done on 2/4 will turn into 2/3, it is gem mine, pigs and possibly sheep. So there is no point in getting 3/4 in any of them.

Aha, good plan.

Interesting, I didn't realise it worked by changing the size of the bucket, rather than how fast it filled! I assumed that it stayed at 2/4, but after Serfdom the worker added 1.5 instead of 1 - which would give you 3.5/4.

t257 (pt2) -

OK, religion spread and Missionary queued. I used the extra Worker to put a turn into the FP Farm - he and the Pigs Worker will finish it in 2t to be worked by Goats.

I did offer World Map to Scooter, and then found his borders:

This is a tight map.

There's less distance between their borders than ours & NobleGas:

But we did move both Settlers in the same direction away from them. They have met someone else, because they haven't spent any EPs on us yet. All of ours are going to them.

We must expect more neighbors from S and SW. If scooter gives us map then we can turn explorer and send there.

I put some dotmap, though I am in total missleep so do not take it very serious. There is a fish in fresh water lake close to Gaspar. Great if we can get it, it gives 7 food, right?

If we can Lighthouse it, yes I think it's 7 food. We'll need some actual troops though since I'm sure they'll want it too! What about 1W of the Fish, and we can Fort the Tundra tile as needed to allow ships to canal through?

Yes, dream place for dike there, I am sure they will notice it. But Darius is not easy to manage. We will see how it goes, but with Kremlin I think it will be easy to outproduce them.

May be we'd better focus on the surroundings landmasses but not on isthmuss. Dotmap needs revising anyway, it is just a draft.

I did Kremlin in 25 turns total, but it wasnt perfect try considering other domestic aspects, so I will make some more tries tomorrow and review micromanagement. For this turn everything seems to be clear.
