BAR, MOSCOW, MOUTH.. Seems easy enough.

For the third, I can see:
MOUTH, or
either SPRING water or FIELD grains (as ingredients)

BAR and MOSCOW were the first words that jumped out on me. I`m really unsure about the third word, though.

Alcoholism takes lots of lives every year and UNDERTAKER is a better fit than MOUTH, SPRING or FIELD imo. Vodka is also relatively common in the CZECH Republic. I guess there is even a case for COLD vodka.

My list of preference for the last word is UNDERTAKER - CZECH - (gap) MOUTH or COLD.

I disagree with UNDERTAKER. I think the connection is too remote: vodka to alcoholism to death to undertaker. You could use the same argument for DISEASE: vodka to alcoholism to disease. (Even though alcoholism isn't traditionally described as such.)

I can see CZECH as a possibility. The problem is that Vodka is the best clue for MOSCOW/BAR pretty much no matter what the third word is. What do you think of CZECH, superdeath?

I know next to nothing about CZECH culture, if there is a huge connection.. go for it. I still favor MOUTH though.

It looks like we`re split between MOUTH and CZECH.

Superdeath strongly prefers MOUTH.
Azoth is happy with either MOUTH or CZECH (please correct me if that`s incorrect).
I strongly prefer either of UNDERTAKER or CZECH.

Should we flip a coin?

I think I narrowly prefer MOUTH to CZECH, so let's go with that and keep this moving.
(The clue could have been Vodkas if we were meant to consider Czech and Russian ones.)
