If the FC were really smart they would block supply (with Pelosi) to stop the DEMs from just walking to 2024 but they are not.

People will forget about the DEMs doing this by the time midterms happen so they will pin Trump in a rock in a hard place. Fold on Dreamers and enrage his base or not fold on Dreamers and enrage their base. The downside is that Trump will likely not fold and pwn the Dreamers but they really don't care about them--they cannot even vote.

FC actually won't vote for it but it will still pass because Pelosi won't whip the vote against the deal.

How do you think the whole Dreamer's thing is going to end, Brick? Do you actually think they are going to succeed in reaching a deal?

I see what happened. They funded the government only for six more weeks but got rid of the debt ceiling till March 2019. Dreamers should have lost their protection long ago by that time so I don't see how the DEMs fail to reach the promised land of 2024. I will now tune out politics expect major events and the 2018 midterm's results to see how right I was about the Senate.

Call my crazy but I think the Dreamers will be given citizenship with some minor concessions from the Democrats to let Trump save face. Its a rare situation where both sides will be motivated to get it off the campaign trail for 2018.
