EDIT: Would it put his chariot to the west of our lands?
Yes, since the chariot and worker can't share a tile, the chariot would be booted if he declared. Not sure if that would expend the chariot's movement points, though.
spacemanmf Wrote:Aesthetics went from 131 beakers to 219 beakers, i.e. an increase of 88 beakers. Our research was 73 beakers, so that's a boost of 20.5%. If there is only one pre-requisite, does it get the full 20%, or is that 10% plus other civs knowing it?
You get 20% for each optional prereq, in this case CoL and Feudalism. So noone knows Aesthetics.
Let's put 120 beakers into CS next turn, then continue Aesthetics.
I have to run.

I wonder if Jack got stuck garrisoning Kojak. He's got 4XP so we should send him north towards the promised lands, and produce replacement garrisons in DMH.

We had a word and he likes it there. The NFD axe is heading up to Sailboats read to hop aboard the galley next turn. I don't want to get into "I've got more XP than you" arguments...

My concern here would be that he would be teleported to the other side of our borders, ready to strike from the western side.

Save is in... Let's keep our axe unhealed and unpromoted if that keeps us at ~95% odds.

Wow that came in quickly today.
Alas I can't play until I get home. Sigh.

Btw, will the settler be done before our T102 revolt? If not, maybe whip it?

Ooh, it's a very close thing. I think it will be done just in time. It was 3 turns to go on T99, so that means built and ready for action on T102.

Ok, update time and T100, so a "state of the nation" is also in order. Novice did one recently on the cities, so this will just be the advisor screens.
Our western axe enters TT's borders. Actually, his presence might be a decent deterrent for TT in case he was thinking of declaring war on us.
Our northern axe plays ring-a-ring-a-roses wiith the barb warrior. We have a galley collecting another axe ready for action. You'll be pleased to know that Jack and I had an argument and he is heading to the northern coast after all.
The three workers of Speed Limit continued their merry dance with TT's chariot (which sits on the same square as the northern worker). I split the workers up so on the off-chance he does sneak attack then he can only get one of our boys.
You can see that research is set for 125 beakers into Civil Service, ready to bulb in two turns' time.
