I have been asked to increase the timer. While I'm tempted to adopt an all-Mackoti voting system, for now I have increased the timer as requested.

bad news, unfortunately my computer just broke, so will get it tomorow to be fixed, i will try to install civ on someone laptop but i have to get it down first,and internet very slow,so we might have few days delay.\unfurtunately i dont think anyonene else can play this turns as are very complicated.\i will try to get my turn done tomorow from my office so please someone pause the game so veryone after me have time to play.realy sorry for the
