This.

I find that very interesting.  It makes sense.  AI units including rampaging monsters often circulate from city to city "looking."  But so then they are just programmed that way for color, when there is no good target.  If there were a good target, they would just go there, which explains what I am seeing.

Is there any way to slow down the text in battle saying what spell your opponent cast?  If flashes by very quickly on my screen.

Not at the moment but I can add it as an option to modding.ini later.

That would be great.  It flashes by very quickly, and the results can lead to some real head scratching moments.  Especially when, whatever the spell, it didn't work.  So there's no real clue what this opponent has got.

I try to find way to load my change without messing with your original version by create different folder for it but fail miserably.

Is there any way for me to make game load my own submod on different subfolder? I make a copy of CoM2 folder, then put my own mod in, but no matter how I try to load caster.exe or launcher.exe, it always fall back to launcher menu with no option for my submod to be loaded.

I definitely always send the game in a portable form to Slitherine, if their launcher blocks that functionality, I can't do much about it, you have to ask them directly.

I see. it maybe steam issue. I have success in edit mulit.config but it could not bear more than 4 loading option, so I end up replace original official with my own modification.
