Well I'm away the whole weekend, so Ichabod will be playing instead of me.

So it seems that the player who originall proposed the blitz is the biggest stumbling block.

One question, how do I get Ichabod added to the list of known players on the tracker, as he is taking over from me for four days?

I covered for GES yesterday in PBEM 19, and the tracker wouldn't accept me sending the save from my mail.

That's easy enough - you mention it in here .

I've sent the forwarding request to Ichabod, and I'll add him to the tracker once he confirms it. Well, the Gmail half, that send the save around; updating the tracker webpage needs Mist. That part may not be worth bothering with for just 4 days, unless you expect Ichabod to have to sub for you in future as well.

Other players- diplo with the lovely Balseraphs will be non-existant for the period in which i am away. You can try pleading with Krill but he tends to find begging amusing...
