Astronaut without sin confounds press, invites trio to control civilization

So is our warrior going to map out the SE coastline next so we can get our dotmap spot on, or we heading W to see what we can see?
And on the sixth day, god created Manchester.

Scouting the SE coastline seems like a nice thing to do while waiting for the settler from Titan. We need the warrior back on the city spot by T17.

* We have multiple dyes. Others probably have other calendar resources?

* There's another peak island in the south. Clearly another galley route. In response to this, I looked at the next mountain in the north, peaking out of the fog, with flying camera. It looks like it's part of a multi-tile island, with several peaks and forests, rather than being just another 1-tile peak. Worth exploring for sure.

*mind boggles* Hackery. Also, never realized Civ could be such a pretty game.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

Yeah those are some nice tricks you have, SS. thumbsup. That flying camera shot also neatly demonstrates the North-South world wrap.

Land area shows that someone did indeed settle inland, and that the starts are not mirrored (completely). Our rivals have 5x18.4 = 92 land tiles. Subtract 20 for max and 16 for min, and the remaining three rivals have 56 tiles between them, so that could be 20, 20 and 16 tiles, for example. So my guess is three inland and two coastal rivals. Hard to say who made the best choices though since the starts aren't mirrored.

t4, no decisions to make really. Well actually, this would have been the time to trade our hammer for two commerce, but I think I like the hammer. We don't need the 2c to finish any techs quicker and the hammer might well shave a turn off if we need to build an emergency warrior.

Took a demo screenshot while working a 3f tile which we couldn't before, but there was nothing surprising. Here's what I think I can deduce:

Code:
Player         Food   Hammers      GNP
sichabod          5         2       21
us                4         4       16
yuris             ?         ?        ?
fierce            4         3       16
luddicator        ?         ?       23 [i](researching AH with Hunt/Agr)[/i]
mackoti           ?         ?        ?

Of the unknowns, one of them is 5/2/1 (FP), one is 3/4/1 (fur), and one is 4/4/0 (deer). Luddicator is not the deer because he's got an odd GNP. My guess:

Code:
Player         Food   Hammers      GNP
sichabod          5         2       21
us                4         4       16
yuris             5         2       19
fierce            4         3       16
luddicator        3         4       23
mackoti           4         4       18

... since luddicator is the other expansive civ, and mackoti picked Greece and isn't dumb. (Note: I know there's an 18 gnp civ since we can get to 19 and overtake them in the rankings. Therefore mack is getting a first-row tech, if these assignments are correct. Yuris, I'm just assuming he's going for a first-row tech since he's wheel/myst. luddicator's the only one who CAN get 23 so that's him, fierce is the only one who can get 16, and sichabod we have stats on from t1.)
