T115 Continued
Seven declares on HAK/CH...again. Take a look at this:
Seven have declared on HAK/CH a separate FIVE times. I'm glad I didn't start next to this guy, what a nut!
In other news, whipped another settler:

Gavagai swapped to Bureaucracy, I really hope he get himself to Machinery or Feudalism soon so he can actually defend himself when (not if) Mackoti comes for him.
It begins:
I think I will start a golden age when this great person comes out:
A golden age will allow me to swap civics, to Bureaucracy for obvious reasons. I will be able to make good use out of Caste as well, the artists will allow me to pop borders in 4 cities, 3 of them soon to be settled and one is already settled. After the next wave of expansion, I will be mostly out of room to expand, peacefully at least.

City #20.
What does this mean? I have now reached the max "number of cities maintenance":
New cities will stop costing exponentially more and more. So no more cities costing me close to 20 gold/turn upon settlement.
To be honest, I probably overexpanded heavily but the Great Lighthouse was HUGE for me even in its nerfed state. I think only 3 of my cities aren't coastal. So I estimate the GLH probably gives me close to 50 commerce per turn. That's the difference between poverty and starvation and the abundant life.

I got graphs on Seven, let's take a look:
You can also see mackoti's insane production and power lead. He's definitely attacking someone. I would guess Gavagai.
I'm whipping a couple of Courthouses in cities with 7+ maintenance. My theory is that a city is that whipping off 2c coasts for Courthouses is always worthwhile.
Costs:
This is the period in time where Organized becomes extremely strong. I believe Hammerabi/ Stalin/ Qin are the strongest leaders not picked in the game. Stalin/Qin because no one is Industrious here. GermanJojo had the last leader pick and didn't pick any of them was suboptimal. Instead he picked Cyrus and I think fell into the IMP/CHM anti-synergy trap. He's at 14 cities (2 only just planted), behind many of the leaders as an Imperistic leader. Not sure what happened.
Golden age for me next turn!

You know what. I think Parkin is trolling us. Apparently he have the time to play the lurker civ in pb18, but not the time to play in his own game. After waiting for almost a day for him to play, he didn't even pause the game for Seven whom I presume Parkin have a turn split with. Guess who had to log in to pause the game.
On a game related news, retep took a city off wetbandit this turn, this is the 2nd city he's captured in the last few turns. Not sure if he razed it or kept it.

Yay a turn, we are out of the Dark ages yo.
First I settled a new city:
2nd ring food? No problem:
and
Running artists to pop borders, the only thing they are good for.
Production still lower than mackoti's outside of a golden age.

Mackoti takes 2 cities from Gavagai. I guess Gavagai wants out of the game. Your neighbour have 3 times as many city as you do and have a history of aggression against you. Let's tech Metal Casting to build the Colossus and tech Civil Service instead of Feudalism.
I settled another city and I thought it's an island, except it's not.
Wetbandit started a golden age as well, he does 300 gold per turn.
I finish National Epic next turn, going to cancel my marble for stone deal with Seven. I think I will build the Moai and the Great Wall.
