It sounds like it is either an installation error or a renaming one. I would be surprised if it was a naming one if other people have it named right, but I'm not sure how else a problem could've occurred. I suppose try reinstalling if it doesn't work? Otherwise might be safest to take pictures in case there's something obvious we've missed.

Yeah. I'll try to reinstall EitB mod and then put v10.1 on it. Just to make sure... Do I need the zipped file v10.1 or do I need the file "OneDrive-2014-07-04.zip"? Or are these the same? And to update to v10.1 all I need to do is to replace Assets files? And after that I rename the folder to Erebus in the Balance v10.1? Is there something else?

Does it matter where this folder is placed?

So, I had the same issue, I just renamed the Erebus in the Balance folder to Erebus in the Balance 10.1
And I changed the civunit file as Q said to.

The folder should be placed where all the other mods are placed as well.

Here is what the folder setup looks like on my computer:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Erebus in the Balance v10.1\Assets

I manually renamed the copied folder "Erebus in the Balance" to "Erebus in the Balance v10.1".

The last "Assets" folder is the one which is downloaded from the OneDrive account, and copied and pasted over the old "Assets" folder.

There should be other folders inside Erebus in the Balance v10.1 besides the "Assets" one (copied over from the previous version of Erebus in the Balance), don't change those. If you did not download Erebus in the Balance v9, you will need to do that first then start from the top again.

The last thing is to copy over the Civ4UnitInfos.xml file for "Erebus in the Balance v10.1", located here on my computer:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Erebus in the Balance v10.1\Assets\XML\Units

Your folder paths may be slightly different up to "Firaxis Games", but after that they should be identical.

EDIT: I think the problem might be that Aurorarcher has not downloaded v9 and so does not have any of the files outside the Assets folder. Updated post above.

ok i havent played my turn yet, i think aurorarcher is having some problems.

anyway i wanted to come clean on this about other game i was about to take:

As u can see, i read some spoilers and the reason its on my answer although there is no excuse to do this.
i want to come out clean on this, so if u guys prefer i turn down from this game, i will do so. This games are for fun, and trust on those threads is everything and i think i lost the trust of every1, so just say it and i will leave my civ for other to use, or u can just take him out (as the game hasnt started yet).

Aight, I got the thing working now. I reinstalled v9, then installed v10.1 on it and updated assets and unitinfos.xml.

Btw, I had downloaded v9 earlier too and v10.1 worked fine for single player. No idea what was wrong earlier but it doesn't matter much because it seems to work smoothly now in MP as well.

Anyway, I have no trouble letting you play XXXVII game if you won't go into other players' threads no more.

i didnt do it on other game besides that game. i wanted to get on track really fast.

Just played my turn. I noticed that some of Sheaim's units (for example Mobius witch) are showing in the building list in my capital. Not that I could build them, but it's still rather annoying to see them there. Is this on purpose or should this get fixed? Anyone else get the same issue?
